1. What Data We Collect

If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email, and message. These are sent to our team via Mailgun and are not stored in a database. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent) are collected by Google App Engine. To filter automated spam and scam submissions, the originating IP is checked against an IP-intelligence service (ipapi.is, over HTTPS), and the message content may be evaluated by Google's Gemini API. Neither service retains submissions for training. Legal basis for this processing: legitimate interest in preventing abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Both services process data transiently in the United States.

2. Alexa Skill

The Vision Cast Alexa Skill accesses publicly available podcast content from our RSS feed. Voice messages recorded via Alexa are processed by Amazon's Alexa service according to Amazon's privacy policy.

3. Cookies

We use a session cookie for CSRF protection on the contact form. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party ad trackers.

5. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You may request to view, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you (such as contact form submissions). Use our contact form to make a request. We will respond within 30 days.
